This treatment is a more diagnostic session focussing on the use of various energy healing techniques including Reiki. It is ideal for people open to the idea of alternative healing techniques and curious about how these can help them. 
 However, it also incorporates hypnotic techniques designed to help you connect with your true self including present and past life regressions. A session can include but is not limited to: • Energy Healing
 including Reiki • Therapeutic Hypnosis Technique

 A session typically lasts between 3-4 hours and includes a complete video & audio recording of the entire session so you can reflect on it at your leisure.
